Long before putting hammer to nail, each and every Diamond M Woodworks build begins with gathering weathered historic lumber from structures scattered throughout the landscapes of the historic American West. From the arid landscapes of Arizona, through the high deserts of Utah, to the lush mountain valleys of Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho; I travel far and wide to gather lumber from barns, fences, corrals, cabins, and other structures that have stories to tell.
No two pieces of lumber are the same. Weathered by snow, wind, rain, sun, and harsh winds, every Diamond M piece is genuinely one of a kind; as is each and more every piece of lumber used to create them.
